Some fruits benefit around us

Fruits..?? who does not love fruit?? Everybody loves fruits. Today's modern lifestyle influenced the everyday lifestyle of the people of world. One is the consumption of fast food or junk food. In this post I will describe the properties of fruit that may have been left behind by some of our communities that serve as a natural medicine or traditional medicine: Apples, Avocado and Banana



1. Apples
Apples contain lots of vitamin B and C, minerals: calcium, phosphorus, iron and chlorine.
Efficacy apples:
- Reduces constipation, improve digestion
- Reducing gallstones and artitis (rheumatoid arthritis)
- Reduce cholesterol
- Good for healthy gums

2. Fruits Avocados
Avocados are rich in vitamins B and C are also minerals: calcium, phosphorus also iron. Fat is also rich in fats is beneficial for the cardiovascular system.

Avocados:
- Nutritious high in fat, vitamins and minerals
- Helpful to reduce inflammation of the abdominal wall
- Reduces inflammation of the digestive system

3. Bananas
Bananas are rich in vitamin B and C, as well as minerals such as calcium, sodium, magnesium and potassium.

Efficacy banana:
- Good for kids / adults who have problems with appetite and digestion
- Bananas are cooked can reduce diarrhea
- Good for reducing inflammation of the stomach and intestines
- Bananas are high-energy foods due to the high sugar content in it.
